Our Policies

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS

Weekend stays require both Friday and Saturday nights. During the week (Sunday-Thursday) single night stays are available. If requesting a Thursday-Friday or Saturday-Sunday weekend stay, both nights will be charged at the weekend rate.

PETS

With approval, we'll allow 1 pet weighing 45 lbs. or less in Settler's Hollow Cabin and Aspen Cottage, and 1 pet weighing 25 lbs. or less in the Bellwoode Cabin for an additional $30 length of stay fee. Pets over 45 lbs. are not accepted. No pets are allowed in any other cabin.

Pets are NOT allowed to be left in the cabin alone unless caged. Pets MUST BE house trained and kept off beds and furniture.

SMOKING

Smoking is NOT allowed inside the cabins, but you are welcome to smoke outside or on the deck. Ashtrays are provided for your use.

MINIMUM AGE

You must be 21 years of age or have a parent or guardian staying in the cabin with you in order to rent a cabin.

VISITORS

Guests are NOT permitted to invite visitors to their cabin. Only paying guests are allowed on our property.

HOLIDAYS

Holidays are charged at the weekend rate. Monday holidays always have a three night minimum stay requirement (Fri-Sat-Sun nights). Night stays on the eve of the following holidays are subject to weekends rates: New Years, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Christmas, as well as night stays on Thanksgiving, Christmas and Fourth of July.

PAYMENT

Full payment is required at the time of reservation. Visa, Master Card & Discover are the only credit cards accepted at this time. We also accept money orders and cashiers checks. Taxes are 6% additional.

CANCELLATIONS

If cancel > 2weeks prior to stay 90% refund
If cancel < 2 weeks prior to stay 50% refund
If cancel < 72 hours prior to stay No refund

In the event of an early departure for any reason, we cannot give any kind of refund.

CHECK-IN

You may arrive at your cabin anytime after 4:00 PM. A combination lock box containing the keys will be mounted next to the door. The combination will be given to you prior to your arrival. We work diligently to have your cabin ready for you right at 4:00 PM, but there are rare occasions when additional cleaning may be required or when your hot tub may not be fully heated until later that night. There is no refund in these situations.

CHECK-OUT

Check-out is by 11 AM. Please do the dishes, tidy up and pull the sheets off the bed. The keys can be left on the table or placed back in the lock box. If keys are placed back in the lock box please turn the numbered dials off of the unlock code to securely lock the box. Please make sure all cabin doors are locked.

DAMAGES

We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any damages or excessive cleaning from your stay. If you notice any problems upon arriving, please let us know right away to avoid any damages being charged to your account.

AMENITIES

Occasionally appliances, hot tubs, fireplaces, etc. can malfunction. We will service and restore these amenities as quickly as we can, but will not make any rental concession for time without these items. Likewise, loss of electricity, water, or other "Acts of God" that are outside of our control will not result in a refund of any monies paid. Due to cleaning and servicing, hot tubs are sometimes not up to full temperature at the time of your arrival and may need several hours to heat. We ask that you follow all guidelines and policies regarding use of amenities in order to keep them functioning at peak efficiency.

LEFT BEHIND ITEMS

Personal items left in a cabin after your departure are not automatically returned to you. You will need to call us and let us know of your wish for us to ship the item(s) to you. You are responsible for any shipping charges.
