Welcome to Nature's Pointe Cabins in Ohio's Hocking Hills
Situated atop the forested ridges in the Hocking Hills of Ohio, quietly sits Nature's Pointe Cabins. Our premier locations
are just minutes from Old Man's Cave State Park, beautiful waterfalls, hiking trails and
all the other parks and attractions found throughout the Hocking Hills region.
At two locations, we offer five cozy and comfortable cabins: Settler's Hollow, The Wildwood,
Aspen Cottage, Cricket's Cove and Bellwoode, all of which are secluded, fully equipped and very clean. Hot tubs overlooking the surrounding
forests of the Hocking Hills can be found on the decks of all cabins. We do allow well behaved, house trained pets in Settler's Hollow, Aspen Cottage and Bellwoode. Please review our policies for pet limitations.
Spring is a beautiful time to stay with us. The dormant forest surrounding our cabins begins to stir with
life as temperatures warm and days become longer. Soon, a tinge of green will appear on the woodland's
winter palette of browns and grays. Trees will start to develop their buds as the first wildflowers poke through
last autumn's layer of fallen leaves. The songs of returning woodland birds will join those of the hardy souls who
stuck around through winter. In the nearby parks, snowmelt means the waterfalls will be roaring. We invite you to
visit us this spring for a front row seat to one of nature's greatest shows.
Please use the menu on the left to navigate throughout our site. Thank you for visiting and
we'll look forward to hosting you on your next Hocking Hills cabin getaway.
Explore the Magic of the Hocking Hills...
The Hocking Hills is a scenic area of southeast Ohio featuring cliffs, gorges, rock shelters
and waterfalls. The relatively extreme topography in this area is due to the Blackhand Sandstone (so named because of Native
American graphics on the formation near Newark, Ohio), a particular formation that is thick, hard and weather-resistant, and
cliff forming.
With more activities to do than you can shake a hiking stick at, the Hocking Hills keep visitors returning again and again because
there are so many new things to discover and experience. Each of the unique Hocking Hills State Park areas offer its own style of adventure and beauty.
Witnessing how nature has carved Old Man’s Cave, Ash Cave, Cantwell Cliffs, Cedar Falls, Conkle's Hollow and Rock House out of solid rock
will leave you awe inspired. Enveloping the parks, and open for wandering, are 10,000 acres of the Hocking State Forest.
Whether your idea of getting back to nature is a peaceful hike in the woods or climbing a massive
rock wall, the Hocking Hills are for you.
After exploring the caves, cliffs and waterfalls, why not try something new! There are lazy canoe trips down the Hocking River, horseback riding, historic train
rides and small towns to visit. If shopping is your cup of tea, you won't be disappointed. In town and scattered throughout
the Hills are dozens of treasure-filled antique stores, craft shops and galleries exhibiting works from local artists.
With so much to do in the Hocking Hills, you’ll need to re-energize at one of the many area restaurants. Choose from
a family style meal, fine dining at one of the area inns, a chef prepared dinner cooked in your cabin or gourmet coffee at a
quaint coffee shop.
We think you'll agree that you can leave the Hocking Hills, but the Hocking Hills will never leave you.
Finally, we are pleased to offer quality cabin lodging in the Hocking Hills. Each of our Hocking Hills cabins
reflect the quality and cleanliness we would expect in a cabin rental. Our goal is to make your stay a memorable one, and one
that will have you looking forward to your next stay before you've even left. See you soon!
